Pricing 

Surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive Pet hair, Urine or Excrement, Vomit, Blood, or other Hazardous materials.  CSI Detailing have right to charge each vehicle according to its condition on inspection. All quotes prior to a vehicle inspection are only an estimate.   A 10% deposit will be taken for jobs over $1000  

Vehicle Accessories  

Baby Seats will not be removed or touched by any CSI Detailing staff. These will need to be removed by customer prior to any work being done.  All vehicle accessories such as headlight covers, bonnet guards, window visors or other protective removable accessories must be removed by the customer before CSI Detailing commence to start the work. If not removed, this may hamper the job.   Roof racks, if work is to include the roof, racks must be removed by the customer prior to work starting.   The customer must remove any personal items from inside of the vehicle including wallets, Money or other personal items. CSI Detailing will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.  

Payment  

Payment for all services must be paid in full after or before completion of work carried By CSI Detailing.  CSI Detailing have right to ask full payment before any work starts.  We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Credit cards.  Bank Transfer needs to be done in advance and proof of transfer needs to be supplied so CSI Detailing before car can be handed over.  

Bookings  

Booking arrangement can be made between the client and CSI Detailing over the phone, email, in person.  CSI Detailing will reply to the booking within As Soon as possible. Prices discuss over the phone are based on vehicle description such as make, model colour and condition of the vehicle. These prices are only an estimate. Total price will be confirmed on inspection of the vehicle.   Best prices will be given upon vehicle inspection.  Our completing time for detailing the car is just rough estimate in some cases it can take longer or shorter time, which is not in control of CSI Detailing.  

Ceramic Coatings, sealants, and treatments 

Ceramic coatings last up to 3 years, depending on weather, ongoing ceramic maintenance, and storage. Ceramic coating will help resist minor marring both from maintenance washing procedures and in general driving use.  It does not protect against scratching.  

Paint Correction 

Vehicle paint must be clean prior to paint correction. If paint is not ready to correct and a preparation clean is needed, additional charges will be incurred.   

Public Liability  

CSI Detailing is liable for any physical damage done to the customer’s property such as structural damage, that may have occurred while operating a motor vehicle on the property.  CSI Detailing has sole discretion in determining the liability of any damage that the customer claims to have occurred while work was performed on the vehicle such as scratches, scuffs, dents, swirl marks as they may have been there prior to work commencing when the vehicle was dirty.  It’s customer best interest to identify pre-existing damages are, safety and sensitive areas, such as electrical parts, computer box and special engine compartment where water should not be used before CSI Detailing starts their work.  CSI Detailing doesn’t take any responsibility of the vehicle which already had problems before commencing the work. It’s customers responsibility to get those problems fixed before CSI Detailing starts work.  If the pre-existing problem doesn’t get fixed and any new problem occurred while detailing could be related to pre-existing Problem which for CSI Detailing doesn’t take liability or responsibility.  Once a service is book through CSI Detailing either directly in person, over the phone or through online, the customers understand what our services are involved, and they fully accept our terms and conditions. CSI Detailing before commencing there work once again informs their customers for seclude work.  Once CSI Detailing have finished exterior detailing. We don’t guarantee the shine will last as expected due to nature of where the vehicle is parked and how the vehicle is maintained.    For interior detailing once it’s completed CSI Detailing doesn’t take any responsibility if seats are still wet, carpets are still wet, condensation in any electrical or related areas.  CSI Detailing has the full right to ask for vehicle key and hold it till the job is completed. Once customer fully pays for service requested Bright Car Detailing will return the key safely.  If no payment is made CSI Detailing has the right to hold the vehicle key till full payment is made.  Once the booking is done means the client have accepted the agreed price either via in person, by phone or by mail.  

Refund policy  

Once the service is completed the customer is given chance to inspect the vehicle and complete the sale. Once the detailing service has completed the customer gets legally bind to pay our company.  CSI Detailing give customers enough time to assess our work and do the payment. Once the sale is completed customers can’t get any refund for the service already provided. This is a service industry and once the service is already provided and completed no refund for change of mind or unsatisfactory work.  

Accepting any service through CSI Detailing means they have understood and accepted the terms and conditions through this website.  Refund will only be accepted before our service is provided in cases like gift voucher or client has already paid in advance before the commencing of the job. In these case refund will only be provided considering the above cancellation policy with original receipts provided.  After the completion of the job, the customer must inspect all work carried out prior to leaving, any issues that need rectifying must be done before the customer leaves.
